This month Berli Media launches Live Town Halls — a monthly series where the people who make decisions face the people who live with them, with our journalists moderating.
The format is simple: one topic, one panel, and a room — physical and digital — full of questions. No prepared statements, no planted questions, no editing.
The first sessions cover the cost of living, city transport and internet access, with officials from the relevant agencies confirmed to attend and answer.
Questions can be submitted in advance through our contact page, or asked live via our social channels as the event streams.
“A new monthly series puts officials, experts and newsmakers in front of the people their decisions affect —…”
It is accountability, scheduled. Watch this section for dates and how to take part.
